Yeah I know foodporn! this is my typical breakfast choice that doesn’t cost me a lot of time in the morning….more like 5-10 min. 🙂

I just pore in a cup of water and one serving (40g) of oats into a pot. As you may have discovered there is also some chia seeds in the oatmeal on the picture. And obviously I topped it with berries, but to spare money and therefore put on some more berries. These berries are frozen! love love love frozen berries ! 😀 and to add somethin’ delicious on top I just drizzled on some honey. 😀

enjoy!

keep up the good work!!! 😀

(used dis photo…cause….why not it looks good 😉 )

sooo…after my trip to Paris, I started thinking (surprise!) about how I start every morning with oatmeal not just a little but a lot of oatmeal, and when I was in Paris and I got my porridge I was like “WHAT!? that’s like a baby sized portion”…BUT when I finished it I was so freakin’ full. So when I got home I wanted to make a oatmeal/porridge that was very filling and it taste amazeballs 😀

you’ll need…
– 30 g of oats
– 10 g of quinoa
– about 1/one and half cups of water

toppings…
– one banana
– nuts
– coconut palm sugar

do this…
– cook the oats and the quinoa on the stove with the water
– when it’s very creamy and thick that’s when u take it off the stove and put it in your bowl of choice 😉
– then to finish it of just top with some of the listed toppings or whatever you desire and there you go!

review…
it is very filling and taste very similar to the one you can get at Le Pain, plus we added some extra protein (the quinoa). It is yummy so I hope you will check it out and ENJOY! 😀

Keep up the good work!!! 😀

shoes

Hey! sooo…yeah I didn’t tell you guys, but I just came back from a trip to Paris with my mom, we stayed there for 3 days (me and my mom love going to Paris and do it quit often). As you can see I took some pictures while we where there and just wanted to comment on them. The two first pictures are of two beautiful buildings.

The pictures of the food are from the best breakfast place (in ma opinion) in the whole wide world! I love it so much, both mornings we went there and I got a cappuccino and a porridge with banana, pecans and coconut sugar…hmmmmmnamanam…so freaking good!
The picture of the yogurt is a granola parfait.
This place is called Le Pain (check it out i you are ever nearby one “http://www.lepainquotidien.fr“).

The last few pictures are from Colette, if you are not familiar with this store, it is just the most incredible store they have the coolest clothes, gadgets, books, iphone covers and they are always shifting out their stock loveloveloveit.
So this time Tiffany Cooper came to the store, cause of her collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld, she gave out autographs and sat with her cool shirt on which had some of the drawings that she made on it. All the drawings and designs were so fun 😀 I bought the sneakers (as you see in the last picture) and the iphone cover.

Keep up the good work!!! 😀

summer in a bowl

The perfect breakfast is this thing you see on the picture, this is called an açaí bowl, if you are not familiar with this type of berry or dish, then I’ll just tell you 😉 açaí is a superfood/berry, such as blueberries they are very similar to each other, it does wonders for your metabolism and it increases your energy level. The açaí bowl is where you make kinda like smoothie out of fruits (including açaí) and use it as the base/yogurt for your toppings (such as müsli, chia and peanut butter…as you can see I used 🙂 )

I didn’t have any açaí today, so I just made it with;
– two bananas
– the juice from one squeezed orange + a little it of water
– a cup of strawberries
– half a cup of mixed berries

I topped it of with;
– müsli
– chia seeds
– peanut butter

OMG this is sooooo good, the best breakfast ever, hope you try this at home and enjoy 😉 !!

Keep up the good work!!! 😀

(because didn’t have any açaí today, then I’ll call this bowl on the picture “berry bowl”)

hmmmm who doesn’t love smoothie (if you just said “me” then I’m truly very sorry on your behave…) now that it is spring time and soon to be springbreak, I thought that I would show you how I make a perfect smoothie 🙂

you’ll need

– berries (I used strawberries and some blue- and raspberries)
– one bananas (it taste better if you use really ripe and spotty bananas, they will make your smoothie sweeter and easier to digest)
– a cup or two of orange juice

what to do

– blend all the ingredients and enjoy 🙂 you can also top it with granola/müsli or some other fruit

keep up the good work!!! 😀

want ice cream?

ice cream

If you said yes to the title, then you gotta try out this amazing ice cream supplement! If I’m craving ice cream then I’ll typically freeze some bananas overnight, then I’ll put them in ma yonanas machine, you can also use a food processor. You can also add many other type of frozen fruit (mango’s, strawberry and so on), and u can find a lot of recipe’s if u search “one ingredient ice cream” or “yonanas recipes”. It taste so incredibly amazing!!!!

Keep up the good work!!!! 😀

two ingredients from a milkshake

milkshake

If you’re craving a milkshake, I’m here to rescue you…this an easy and cheap way to make a healthy one.

you’ll need
– one banana
– a cup of any kind off milk (regular, almond or just water)

(as you can see mine is green, that’s cause I threw in a handful of spinach)
(if you’d like, then just add 1-2 medjool dates)
“why medjool dates? = they are very creamy and will compliment the milkshake consistency”

what to do
– blend all of the ingredients together and drink right after

Keep up the good work! 😉
