I’m happily announcing that popcorn is a superfood!! WHAT?! yeah it’s really happening! 😀 So I was really craving popcorn the other day and obviously the healthiest way to do popcorn is homemade with whole corn in a pot with coconut oil and himalaya salt. And the chocolate I drizzled on top is made of; one tbsp of coconut oil and one of honey and 100% cacao powder. Yummy! ENYOJ ! 🙂

a sweet spring breeze

while enjoying the beautiful weather here in DK, I love eating grapefruit with a little honey on top….namnamnam….if you are used to using sugar as I was in the past, then I would recommend that you use either coconut palm sugar or honey, they both compliment the flavor of the grapefruit 🙂 lovelovelove this even though it is the most simple thing ever and I love the mix between sweet and citrus 😉 (this is only meant to be a snack idea, it is clearly not suitable for a whole meal 🙂 )

hmmmm who doesn’t love smoothie (if you just said “me” then I’m truly very sorry on your behave…) now that it is spring time and soon to be springbreak, I thought that I would show you how I make a perfect smoothie 🙂

you’ll need

– berries (I used strawberries and some blue- and raspberries)
– one bananas (it taste better if you use really ripe and spotty bananas, they will make your smoothie sweeter and easier to digest)
– a cup or two of orange juice

what to do

– blend all the ingredients and enjoy 🙂 you can also top it with granola/müsli or some other fruit

If you said yes to the title, then you gotta try out this amazing ice cream supplement! If I’m craving ice cream then I’ll typically freeze some bananas overnight, then I’ll put them in ma yonanas machine, you can also use a food processor. You can also add many other type of frozen fruit (mango’s, strawberry and so on), and u can find a lot of recipe’s if u search “one ingredient ice cream” or “yonanas recipes”. It taste so incredibly amazing!!!!

two ingredients from a milkshake

If you’re craving a milkshake, I’m here to rescue you…this an easy and cheap way to make a healthy one.

you’ll need
– one banana
– a cup of any kind off milk (regular, almond or just water)

(as you can see mine is green, that’s cause I threw in a handful of spinach)
(if you’d like, then just add 1-2 medjool dates)
“why medjool dates? = they are very creamy and will compliment the milkshake consistency”

what to do
– blend all of the ingredients together and drink right after
