Hey! sooo…yeah I didn’t tell you guys, but I just came back from a trip to Paris with my mom, we stayed there for 3 days (me and my mom love going to Paris and do it quit often). As you can see I took some pictures while we where there and just wanted to comment on them. The two first pictures are of two beautiful buildings.

The pictures of the food are from the best breakfast place (in ma opinion) in the whole wide world! I love it so much, both mornings we went there and I got a cappuccino and a porridge with banana, pecans and coconut sugar…hmmmmmnamanam…so freaking good!
The picture of the yogurt is a granola parfait.
This place is called Le Pain (check it out i you are ever nearby one “http://www.lepainquotidien.fr“).

The last few pictures are from Colette, if you are not familiar with this store, it is just the most incredible store they have the coolest clothes, gadgets, books, iphone covers and they are always shifting out their stock loveloveloveit.
So this time Tiffany Cooper came to the store, cause of her collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld, she gave out autographs and sat with her cool shirt on which had some of the drawings that she made on it. All the drawings and designs were so fun 😀 I bought the sneakers (as you see in the last picture) and the iphone cover.

Keep up the good work!!! 😀

When I eat out…

Many would say that it is very hard to be healthy when eating out of the home. It doesn’t have to be…there is tons of places where you can buy food that is good for you, such as Joe and The Juice (that is where the sandwich on the photo is from), Palæo and so on. You just have to order the healthier choice instead of the bad. As you might have spotted on the photo, there is a to go cup, I just love getting coffee at a coffee shop if I eat out! I usually order a skinny latte or a cappuccino, you can obviously order any type of milk or milk substitute like almond or coconut milk…in Denmark there is not that many milk options as in for example The United States (as I talked abut in my article “Coffee time”).
I like to bring, when I for example go to the city, a snack like fruit or a protein bar, so I’m not counting on food from a restaurant or café. I get hungry kind of fast so it is the most convenient thing for me to bring food rather than buy food all the time. When I buy some sort of nutrition while being out, I usually go for a cup of coffee and maybe a sandwich from Joe and The Juice or a salad from Palæo which I much rather want and prefer.

When I eat out it is usually cause I’ve forgotten to bring lunch to school or when I’m out with friends… 🙂
Hope you liked this article 🙂

Keep up the good work!!!! 😀

Namnam palæo

palæo 3

namnamnam Palæo. If you aren’t familiar with the paleo lifestyle, then I’ll give you a quick hint, it’s where you avoid eating neolithic foods, such as dairy, sodas, sweets and so on (google it to find out more). I’m such a big fan of paleo food…I just love it. But sometimes when I don’t feel making my own food, and I want to go out and eat, then there is this great restaurant called Palæo that has locations in Denmark. I’ve totally fallen for their chicken salad (hønen) and wrap (hønewrap), and they also sell cookies and cake (their chocolate mud pie, is amazeballs!!). I really recommend that you try this place out cause I’m a very big fan and think it’s such a great concept. check out their webside and find out more about the paleo lifestyle, and the most important part THE MENU 😉  http://www.palaeo.dk 😉

Keep up the good work!!!! 😀

(not sponsored, I’m being completely honest with y’all 🙂
